These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SpinBob, operated by Win Top Ltd and licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Authority (licence number ALSI-202509029-FI1). When creating your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We cannot be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately.

Deposits, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit at SpinBob is £20, and the minimum withdrawal is also £20. Withdrawals are typically processed within 0–24 hours, though individual payment providers may apply their own processing timescales outside our control.

Any bonus credited to your account is subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal may be requested. For our welcome bonus, a 40x wagering target applies to the bonus balance. Your real-money balance is used first during gameplay. While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit of £5 per round applies; exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. Attempting to circumvent bonus conditions — including placing bets that do not contribute meaningfully to wagering, or exploiting any perceived loophole — will be treated as a breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in a withdrawal being delayed or declined in accordance with our obligations under applicable licensing requirements.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: operating multiple accounts, engaging in collusion with other players, using automated software or scripting tools to interact with our platform, and any form of fraudulent play. We monitor accounts and gameplay for irregular patterns. Where a breach is identified, we may suspend or permanently close your account, void balances, and report the matter to the relevant authority where required.

These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify registered players of material changes by means of a notice on site or by direct communication to the email address held on your account. Continued use of SpinBob following notification of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you have a dispute relating to your account or any transaction, please contact our support team in the first instance; we are committed to resolving complaints fairly and in a reasonable timeframe.
